Hello and welcome to my website!

I have always spent most of my time surrounded by children. I was a Kindergarten Teacher, second grade teacher and Literacy Specialist in New York City. I was affiliated with Columbia University Teachers College staff developers. I helped teachers teach reading and writing to elementary school children.

However, my best experience and inspiration comes from my busy life at home. I am the mother of 4 year old triplets. I have two boys and one girl that help me to stretch my creativity. My children and I spent much of their first two years at home. I tried to fill our days with educational activities and projects to keep them entertained and thriving.

The idea for this website was planted during many conversations with friends discussing ways to keep our children occupied without television and video games as our babysitters.
